I hope your biggest goal this year is to stop playing around with your potential.

I hope your biggest goal this year is to stop playing around with your potential.

I hope you’ve noticed that there are people who build their dreams, and there are those who merely pay bills.

One group generally works for the other, and you must choose where you belong.

Everyone may look busy in life, but there’s a difference between hustling and advancing.

If you work for survival, you’ll remain at the bottom of the food chain and at the mercy of others.

When you stop working, there’s no one to feed you.

But if you work on your dreams, those dreams mature and sustain you when you can no longer work.

A dream is not limited to a business, and it doesn’t mean you can’t be employed. A dream can simply mean evolving into the absolute best in your career and using that better income to build investments.

That’s how you buy back your freedom so that you can stop working under pressure and start working for passion.

Working for bills is like working with a gun on your head. You end up overworked and underpaid because your options are few.

But if you climb up through excelling in skills, you get the power to also fire the employer.

You begin to choose who to work for and under what conditions because you’re now needed and you have bargaining power.

This is the point at which you begin to breathe. Previously, you were suffocating under too much control and oppression, but now you can sense the breeze of freedom.

You can work on your own terms and take breaks as you please without playing cat and mouse with your employer because you have more respect now.

Growth liberates you.

I hope your goal this year is to grow your potential so you can claim back your power.
